What are Public Adjusters?

Those who make adjustments or settlements and determine the AMOUNT OF A CLAIM AGAINST AN INSURANCE COMPANY. The adjusters are special agents for the person or company who hires them.

Yes! Fees are tax deductible in the year they are paid. There can be other tax benefits as well, depending on other circumstances involved. Each loss is different and only through discussion can other tax benefits be determined.

Does Every Loss Require A Public Adjuster?

No; however, until your policy and coverage are examined, no one can determine this need.

Why A Public Adjuster?

The average insured persons are confused and perplexed as to their rights, duties, and obligations, under a maze of technicalities when a loss occurs. THEY REQUIRE THE ASSISTANCE OF A PROFESSIONAL TO LOOK AFTER THEIR INTERESTS. Even the courts have different interpretations of a policy’s forms and terminologies; ONLY A PROFESSIONAL CAN INTERPRET THE POLICY AND PROTECT THE UNINSURED PERSON’S INTEREST AGAINST THE INSURANCE COMPANY.
